Public website and demo

You can browse the public website without creating an account. The demo generator and price calculator run in your browser. Their input settings and generated lists are not submitted to our account or proxy-provider APIs. Downloads contain deliberately non-working demo credentials.

Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs, and security or error logs, to operate and protect the website.

Invited accounts and support

If you use an invited account, we process account information such as your email address, display name if supplied, authentication details, and session information to provide and secure access. Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in.

Private sandbox testing creates test-order records, quantities, prices, payment status, and payment-service references. Sandbox checkout is hosted by Stripe; Flowstate does not collect or store card numbers in its own forms. Do not use real card information in sandbox checkout.

If you contact us, we process your email address and the contents of your message to respond and address support, privacy, or abuse concerns.

Services used to operate this site

We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and application data, Stripe for sandbox payment testing, and Google Workspace for business email. These providers process information needed to supply their services. A provider may process data outside your country under its applicable terms and safeguards.

The public demo does not send proxy traffic or create upstream provider accounts. Any additional processing needed for live proxy service will be described before that service launches.

Retention and your requests

Account, test-order, support, and security records are retained as needed to operate the prelaunch service, investigate issues, and meet applicable obligations. We do not publish customer records or credentials in the public demo.

You can ask about your information, request corrections, or request account deletion by emailing admin@flowstateproxies.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required for legal or security reasons. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
