The planned service

A residential proxy routes a customer’s internet requests through an upstream residential network. The planned Flowstate service is digital access measured in gigabytes of bandwidth, not a physical product or a purchase of devices or IP addresses.

Targeting and session controls in the demo illustrate the interface. They are not guarantees of network availability, particular IP addresses, exclusivity, reputation, or uninterrupted session duration.

Availability and pricing

Public sales and live delivery are disabled. Published pricing is in US dollars, starts at 5 GB, and applies the selected volume rate to all GB in that purchase. Displayed subtotals are before discount codes and any applicable taxes. Prices may change before launch.

No recurring subscription is planned. Any future offer, discount, or payment method will need its applicable conditions displayed before checkout.

Delivery, cancellations, and refunds

No orders for live service can currently be placed on this site. Invited sandbox checkout is a simulation and does not charge real funds or deliver bandwidth.

Before accepting real payments, we will publish the final terms of service, acceptable-use rules, digital fulfillment timing, and cancellation and refund policy. These sales policies are not finalized. This page is a description of the current prelaunch service, not a promise of live fulfillment.

Responsible use

The intended service is for lawful, authorized activities such as research on publicly available information, website testing, and business monitoring. It is not offered for credential theft, fraud, unauthorized access, or abuse. Final service restrictions and provider requirements will be published before launch.
